Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage catering staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Implement training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable about food safety, customer service, and presentation techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth and maintain high morale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and expectations for events.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to design custom menus tailored to event themes, budget constraints, and dietary requirements.

  • Oversee the entire culinary process, from menu planning and ingredient selection to food preparation and presentation.

  • Develop and manage catering budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place to achieve financial targets.

  • Lead marketing initiatives, including online promotions and partnerships, to enhance the company’s reputation and attract new business.
  • Ensure that all catering operations comply with local health regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inspections, staff certifications, and training sessions.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory changes to adapt practices as necessary.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events, such as staff shortages, logistical challenges, or client concerns.
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected circumstances to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
