- Support the management team in the smooth running of the spa.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in beauty therapy or massage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Immaculate personal presentation, excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional manner.
- Confident with booking systems and comfortable using technology.
- Self-motivated team player, flexible to work some evenings and weekends.
- High standards in waxing (including intimate waxing) are an advantage but not essential.
