The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:

You will:
- Lead a team of engineers, including 1:1s, PDRs, performance management and development discussions.
- Allocate work, ensure resource alignment and maintain SLA/KPI compliance.
- Act as a senior engineer and escalation point for technical queries.
- Support End User MIs as a technical specialist.
- Approve high-risk technical changes.‑risk technical change.
- Identify automation opportunities and deploy automation solutions.
- Deliver technical projects and support onboarding of new customers.
- Operate as the technical SME for Microsoft EUC Management.
- Propose incremental improvements and enhance design documentation.
- Act as a key customer contact, providing infrastructure thought leadership.
- Feed into our Intune/EUC Management roadmaps and capability development.
- Work closely with the Head of Modern Workplace, Head of Infrastructure and wider leadership to promote best practice.
Who you are:
You’ll succeed in this role if you bring strong technical capability, leadership confidence and a passion for developing others:
- Experience working in an MSP or enterprise environment.
- Strong Intune and associated product knowledge (Defender, Endpoint Analytics).
- Hands‑on experience with new Microsoft roadmap technologies.
- Windows build and image creation expertise.
- Intune/MDM and AD administration experience.
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Certified with MD‑102, AZ‑104 and MS‑102.
- Excellent communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong time management and confidence handling multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently, show initiative and motivate others.
- Diplomatic, collaborative and team minded.‑minded.
