Join IH London’s Young Learners team and help shape the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs and changemakers! As a Future Leaders Teacher, you will guide students through dynamic, conference-style programmes such as Leadership, STEM Innovation and Entrepreneurship. You’ll facilitate debates, deliver interactive workshops, support group projects, and mentor students as they build confidence in English and develop key 21st-century skills.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for engaging, supportive teachers who are passionate about helping teenagers grow into confident future leaders. You should enjoy facilitating discussion, encouraging creativity, and bringing complex ideas to life in an accessible way.
To apply you must have:
- − A CELTA/Trinity TESOL or equivalent (PGCEs with EAL experience also considered)
- − Experience teaching young learners or EAL students
- − A positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude
- − Strong communication and classroom management skills
- − A commitment to creating safe, inclusive, collaborative learning environments
- − Experience in residential settings
- − Experience teaching ESP/CLIL (desirable)
What the Job Is About
As a Future Leaders Teacher, you will guide students through dynamic, conference-style programmes such as Leadership, STEM Innovation and Entrepreneurship. You’ll facilitate debates, deliver interactive workshops, support group projects, and mentor students as they build confidence in English and develop key 21st-century skills. This fully residential role includes supporting the wider student experience on campus, contributing to pastoral care, and helping during arrivals and induction. You’ll join a friendly international team, receive paid induction training, and benefit from regular CPD throughout your contract.
Contract Details
- − Contracts available from 2–4 weeks
- − Up to 36 hours per week across six days with One full day off per week
- − Free accommodation in single rooms with staff-only shared bathrooms
- − Three meals a day + free tea and coffee
- − Staff live on-site from two days before the course begins until the final day of contract
