FULL DESCRIPTION

COUNTRY COUPLE – GROUNDSMAN, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & HOUSEKEEPING, WILTSHIRE

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic couple to help run our 20‑acre family home. The main role is full‑time property care (security, general maintenance, overseeing contractors and acting as the “eyes and ears” of the house and grounds), with a part‑time housekeeping role (cleaning, laundry, simple family cooking and some weekend entertaining support).

Job Specifications

Key duties include: security and routine maintenance, assisting the full‑time gardener when needed, sole responsibility for two spaniels, regular driving for local errands and a monthly trip to our London property, plus occasional travel to our home in Provence if desired.

We are often away, so you must be able to work confidently on your own initiative, be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be flexible about working some weekends.

A self‑contained apartment on the property is provided. We envisage one full‑time role and one part‑time role, but are open to dividing hours to suit the right couple.
