Office Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and ensuring the smooth process of the company operations. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure that everyone works to strict compliance according to Health & Safety regulations and compliance with all government regulations. To effectively manage a team and ensure the provision of services within the department are in line with Service needs. Managing stock control, training and supervising employed personnel in the office and warehouse. Keep a proper record of the employees, time sheets and reporting to payroll. To maintains confidential employment files and papers and coordinate with the management and accountant. To organise internal or external meeting as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Management/MBA/MPA or similar discipline is desirable.
  • At least 2-5 years proven experience in an Office Management/Operations Management/Office Administrator role is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
