Looking for your next role in a fast-paced, growing business? At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we’re on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support our busy team in Huddersfield.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and logging incoming jobs via email and phone into our system
  • Coordinating and allocating work to the maintenance team
  • Scheduling contractor visits and chasing progress to completion
  • Requesting and comparing quotes to secure best value
  • Raising and managing purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Keeping compliance documentation accurate and up to date across sites
  • Maintaining organised physical and digital records
  • Updating internal systems with job progress and contractor feedback
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc admin, meetings and scheduling
  • Contributing to weekly reporting and sharing progress updates
