The Role

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a first-class patient journey. You will play a key role in developing the team, improving processes, and introducing new ideas to enhance efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high standards at all times
  • Lead, manage, and develop the front of house and clinical support teams with strong and efficient people management skills
  • Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Drive revenue growth and support the achievement of financial targets
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Bring forward new ideas to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and commercial performance, and confidently implement them
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practice standards
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, recruitment, and team development in line with business needs
  • Maintain excellent patient service standards and professionally resolve any escalated concerns
  • Support marketing initiatives and business development opportunities

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, or Healthcare Operations role
  • Experience within private healthcare or medical environments is essential
  • CQC experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong and efficient people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to introduce and implement new ideas
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue and control costs
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, confident, and approachable manner
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
