Job description

At [Employer hidden], innovation is not just part of our culture - it is in our DNA.

Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co founder, Theo Duchen, who - together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald - set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start up beginnings, [Employer hidden] has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry.

Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines.

Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026, [Employer hidden] combines the agility and innovation of a start up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You will join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed rated organisation, we focus on creating long term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.

Day to day you will:

  • • Work in one of five teams delivering core [Employer hidden] System development, customer web solutions or insurance product implementations, helping clients understand how to maximise the highly configurable [Employer hidden] System.
  • • Design and implement top quality software solutions, translating client requirements into detailed specifications and managing complex builds to completion.
  • • Solve challenging technical problems, improve the [Employer hidden] System continuously and support sales through proposals, presentations and technical demonstrations.

We offer structured development, clear progression and genuine ownership - whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy or mentoring others. You will work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly.

You can expect:

  • • A transparent progression structure, regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
  • • Opportunities to lead cross functional work, influence product direction and support the growth of junior colleagues.
  • • Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development and access to industry recognised training.

Job requirements

You will thrive here if you:

  • • Bring solid technical experience gained in a project driven or client facing role, with strong problem solving skills, a 2:1 STEM degree and excellent A levels including Maths.
  • • Have proven project management ability, can gather and translate requirements clearly and work in a logical, well organised and collaborative way.
  • • Communicate confidently with internal teams and customers, building strong client relationships and managing expectations effectively.
