Wellbeing Lead

You’ll lead wellbeing initiatives across the school, supporting pupils who benefit from structured pastoral guidance. Working alongside pastoral and safeguarding teams, you’ll coordinate wellbeing programmes, monitor pupil support pathways, and help ensure early intervention strategies are implemented effectively. The role focuses on building resilience, positive relationships, and strong support systems for pupils.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead school wellbeing initiatives and pastoral programmes.
Support pupils experiencing emotional or social challenges
Work with staff to promote positive wellbeing strategies.
Liaise with families and external services where required.
