SEND Support Assistant

£23,500 – £26,000 per annum

Job Description

You’ll support pupils with additional learning needs through structured classroom activities, small-group sessions, and 1:1 support. You’ll reinforce routines, help pupils understand tasks, and support communication strategies. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you’ll contribute to personalised support plans that help pupils participate confidently in learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
  • Reinforce routines and personalised learning strategies.
  • Assist pupils with communication and engagement in lessons.
  • Share progress updates with teachers and SEND staff.
