You’ll support pupils across Key Stage 2 lessons, helping them stay engaged with learning tasks and develop confidence in reading, writing, and numeracy. You’ll assist with small-group activities, reinforce classroom routines, and work closely with the teacher to ensure pupils remain focused and supported throughout the school day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support KS2 pupils during lessons and group activities.
- Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy support.
- Reinforce classroom routines and learning expectations.
- Assist with preparation of learning materials and activities.

- Experience supporting pupils in primary education.
- Clear communication and positive classroom presence.
- Ability to guide pupils through structured learning tasks.
