Job Description

You’ll support pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs across lessons, small groups, and transitions. You’ll model positive routines, use supportive de-escalation, and help pupils re-engage with learning. Working closely with the class teacher and pastoral team, you’ll deliver short interventions and contribute to behaviour plans designed to promote calm, confidence, and consistency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support.
  • Use restorative approaches and calm de-escalation.
  • Track behaviour patterns and share key updates with staff.
  • Reinforce routines and support positive engagement.

  • Experience with SEMH, behaviour support, or pastoral work.
