Job Description
You’ll support the SENCo in coordinating SEND provision, monitoring interventions, and ensuring pupils with additional needs receive effective support. Responsibilities include assisting with EHCP processes, reviewing progress data, and guiding support staff. Working closely with teachers and families, you’ll help ensure inclusive strategies are applied consistently across classrooms.

- Strong SEND experience in primary education.
- Knowledge of EHCP processes and intervention planning.
- Organised approach to monitoring provision and outcomes.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and communication skills.
