Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured routines, classroom assistance, and individual guidance. Acting as a key point of support, you’ll help pupils regulate emotions, follow learning activities, and build confidence in school life. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you’ll contribute to personalised support plans designed to strengthen engagement and independence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for assigned pupils.
- Reinforce structured routines and learning expectations.
- Support emotional regulation and engagement in lessons.
- Communicate pupil progress with teachers and SEND staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
- Calm communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to follow structured support plans and routines.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative approach.
