JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide 1:1 and small-group EAL support. Reinforce vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills. Support pupils to access classroom learning. Communicate progress with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting EAL pupils or language development.
- Clear communication and patient approach.
- Ability to support structured language learning.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
