Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional encouragement and structure to stay engaged with school life. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll help pupils develop confidence, improve behaviour routines, and build positive learning habits. Working closely with pastoral and teaching teams, you’ll help remove barriers that affect participation and progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide mentoring support to pupils needing engagement guidance.
- Deliver small-group sessions to build motivation and confidence.
- Reinforce behaviour routines and classroom expectations.
- Communicate progress with pastoral and teaching teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting pupils with engagement or behaviour needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate pupils and guide structured routines.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
