You’ll support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs through structured routines, classroom support, and 1:1 guidance. You’ll help pupils regulate emotions, stay engaged in learning, and build positive relationships. Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you’ll support strategies that improve behaviour, confidence, and participation.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support.
    • Support emotional regulation and behaviour routines.
    • Reinforce structured learning and engagement strategies.
    • Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
