JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEMH support.
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour routines.
- Reinforce structured learning and engagement strategies.
- Communicate progress with teaching and pastoral teams.

- Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour needs in schools.
- Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
