Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Deliver small group interventions and targeted support
  • Support pupils within EYFS and early primary routines

  • Work closely with teachers and SEND staff to support progress

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Previous 1:1 support experience
  • SEND experience essential

  • Good knowledge and understanding of EYFS
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
