Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Deliver small group interventions and targeted support
- Support pupils within EYFS and early primary routines
- Assist with classroom activities, engagement, and behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and SEND staff to support progress
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Previous 1:1 support experience
- SEND experience essential
- Experience delivering interventions and small group support
- Good knowledge and understanding of EYFS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
