You’ll support the SENCo in managing SEND provision, monitoring interventions, and ensuring pupils receive effective support. You’ll assist with EHCP processes, track progress, and guide support staff. Working closely with teachers and families, you’ll help ensure inclusive strategies are applied consistently across the school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support SEND provision and intervention planning.
Assist with EHCP reviews and documentation.
Guide support staff on inclusive strategies.
Liaise with teachers, families, and external agencies.

- Strong SEND experience within primary education.
- Understanding of EHCP processes and interventions.
- Organised and confident in monitoring provision.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and communication skills.
