You’ll deliver targeted reading support through 1:1 and small-group sessions, helping pupils improve fluency, comprehension, and confidence. You’ll reinforce phonics and vocabulary strategies and support pupils to apply these skills during lessons. Working alongside teachers, you’ll contribute to improved literacy outcomes across the classroom.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver guided reading and phonics support sessions.
Support pupils with comprehension and vocabulary development.
Provide 1:1 literacy support where required.
Monitor progress and share updates with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting literacy in primary settings.
- Confident reading modelling and communication skills.
- Patient approach to developing reading confidence.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
