JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support.
- Reinforce personalised learning strategies and routines.
- Support communication and engagement during lessons.
- Share pupil progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
- Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to follow structured support plans.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative mindset.
