Business Management Co‑ordinator

We're looking for a Business Management Co‑ordinator who will provide high‑level administrative, organisational and stakeholder support at Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the Centre Director's office and Senior Leadership Team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to senior leaders across the centre.
  • Co‑ordinate schedules, meetings, actions, communications and follow‑up for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, appointments and correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports, minutes and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Greet visitors and support general office administration including post, supplies, invoices and logistics.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience within administration, PA or secretarial roles.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Must be a British citizen, hold EU Settled Status, or have Indefinite Leave to Remain from a Commonwealth country.
  • Must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years.
  • Able to pass enhanced background checks including financial and social media screening.
