We are Paying £12 ph on weekdays and £13 ph Weekends.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit individuals to work in our Home help and Companionship Company covering the Aberdeen region.

As part of our Care team at MM Support your main duties will include:

  • Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes, through Companionship and Home Help
  • Meeting the needs of service users in a person-centred approach
  • Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
  • Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
  • Ensuring effective written and oral communication

The Person:

  • No Previous experience is needed as full training will be given
  • To work as part of a team or independently
  • Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
  • Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
  • Access to their own transport
  • Must have a full UK driving license
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Flexible to work within multiple environments
  • Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice.
