FULL DESCRIPTION

Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s time on site. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
  • Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
  • Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
  • Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
  • Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all activities meet Volkswagen’s brand and service standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and workshop scheduling.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role — ideally within the automotive industry (though this isn’t essential).
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
