We are seeking a dynamic Local Business Development Manager to join our Skoda Division, focusing on the Bristol and surrounding area. This full-time role operates from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. As a Local Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable local business sales growth in alignment with Skoda brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and target new customers through a well-planned and methodical prospecting process
Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to engage both prospects and existing customers
Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for business growth in sales and aftersales
Data Management: Maintain an accurate fleet database and prepare management reports in line with business and brand requirements
Building Relationships: Develop lasting and valued connections with customers, partners, and internal teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Market Awareness: Strong knowledge of the small business, fleet sectors, and B2B market
Consultative Selling: Confident in assessing individual and company needs to provide tailored solutions
Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Organisational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and finance house guidelines
Driving License:Valid UK driver’s license is required
