Ezi Klamp Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth in the Install Sales Channel – Growing sales to contractors looking for a supply and fit option. The customer base is medium to large construction companies such as ISG, Bam Construction, Beard etc.
Main responsibilities
- Growing and maintaining key accounts
- Identifying contacts within new companies
- Maximising sales in target industries
- Maximising Major Infrastructure Projects within target industries
- Hitting Measurables (KPI’s)
Activities
- Phone calls – Prospecting / New Business
- Phone calls – Quote Follow Up / Closing
- F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) – Introduction
- F2F Meetings (In person & on Teams) – Big Deal progression
- Pipeline Management
- Time & Task Management
- Internal Meetings
- Internal Admin (Rocks, to-do’s etc)
Skills / Attributes required

Must be able to commute to the office daily.
