The Role
We're hiring an Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship for [Employer hidden]'s UK and European customer base. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of energy investors, developers, and operators - ensuring they get full value from the [Employer hidden] Terminal and renew and expand their subscriptions. This is a relationship-first role that sits at the intersection of customer success, commercial growth, and product insight.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, expansion, and deep product adoption across the [Employer hidden] Terminal
- Run regular client touchpoints to demonstrate how the Terminal improves decision-making through data and analytics
- Convert customer inquiries and feedback into actionable product insight, helping shape [Employer hidden]'s roadmap toward a self-serve experience
- Build genuine expertise in energy market trends and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
- Represent [Employer hidden] at conferences and industry events where our customers are
What We're Looking For
*The Essentials*
- 3–5 years of account management or customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, balancing retention and growth
- Commercial instinct - comfortable having renewal and upsell conversations
- Familiarity with energy markets or a strong appetite to develop it quickly
*Nice To Have*
- Experience with SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Intercom, or Heap
- Existing network in energy - investors, developers, utilities, or operators
- Background in data, analytics, or research products
