Your Role

As the Chief AI System Software & Hardware Co-design Architect at Huawei, you will be at the helm of pioneering Huawei's AI system into a new era. Your role involves: Shaping the Future of AI: Take charge of advancing the technical edge of Huawei’s AI processors. You will delve into the core technologies driving NPU chips, setting the direction for ground-breaking innovations. Strategizing for Global Impact: Craft and steer comprehensive evolution strategies and roadmaps. Your vision will chart the course for Huawei’s dominance in the AI system domain. Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Spearhead the integration of diverse AI sub-domains including memory hierarchy, interconnect topology, application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modelling, simulation, SDK and compilers. Your expertise will be crucial in synthesizing these elements from a system-centric view, crafting a competitive end-to-end architectural landscape. Lead in AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry and technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding and predicting the future of AI applications and algorithms. You'll be instrumental in developing key technical architectures for foundational AI software and hardware, addressing critical usability and performance challenges in comprehensive AI solutions. Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects. Your role extends beyond our headquarters, identifying and leveraging global resources to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the overall architectural design and driving successful project execution.
