This role involves creating engaging content across various channels, building brand identity, and coordinating with global teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design tools.

Job Description

[Employer hidden] was founded in 1963 as an independent provider of hydraulic accessories and is today an internationally established group with over 10,000 employees, 50 branch offices and 500 trade and service partners world-wide.

Based in the UK and reporting directly to the Innovation Strategy Manager (BIG), we are looking for a creative and driven Content & Brand Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of our content output across digital and offline channels, helping to build and strengthen our brand identity as we roll out our new MRO philosophy.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, coordinating with global teams to deliver cohesive campaigns, and exploring new formats to keep our marketing fresh and innovative. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys learning new skills, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Create compelling content across multiple channels including email campaigns, newsletters, social media, website, and presentations.
  • Design and produce offline marketing materials such as brochures, sales collateral, and event materials.
  • Develop visually engaging and structurally concise presentations with strong attention to detail.
  • Explore and develop new content formats, i.e. owning a company podcast from concept to promotion.
  • Record, edit, and promote video content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Brand and Messaging
  • Champion and embed our philosophy into all content and communications.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and ensure brand consistency globally.
  • Coordination and Planning
  • Coordinate with global headquarters and regional sales offices on campaign planning and execution.
  • Support the planning and promotion of events where our products are showcased.
  • Track and report on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

About You

We value attitude and enthusiasm above formal experience. If you are eager to learn, excited by the prospect of creating content that makes an impact, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.

Essential

  • A genuine passion for content creation and marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to work in a structured way, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to try new things and learn on the job.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Desirable

  • Previous internship or early-career experience in content creation, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience with video recording and editing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing environments.
  • Fluency in a European language, particularly German, would be a plus but is not essential.

Hours of Work

The Content & Brand Manager will work 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 to 16:00 Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Location

This role will be based at our UK headquarters in Witney, Oxfordshire. Hybrid working available after training period.
