FULL DESCRIPTION

The Partner Marketing Manager drives partner engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion across our Data + Analytics portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, building deep relationships with reseller partners while collaborating across product marketing, sales, and operations to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition through the channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Own and execute partner marketing plans, aligning with regional priorities, business objectives, and partner capabilities
  • Partner with Channel Account Managers to onboard partners, identify strategic accounts, and define joint marketing priorities
  • Build and leverage partner relationships to amplify brand awareness and generate leads through the partner community
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing efforts and training programs to ensure alignment on product positioning and value propositions across key organizational functions (marketing, sales, success)

Co-Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Develop integrated co-marketing campaigns (co-branded assets, webinars, events, digital programs) that drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
  • Support the broader growth marketing team in campaign development and execution, contributing partner insights, content, and channel expertise
  • Identify opportunities for joint participation in regional events, trade shows, and partner-hosted activities, and coordinate marketing support to maximize impact
  • Manage third-party partner activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI

Partner Enablement & Resources

  • Develop self-service marketing assets for scalable partner enablement, and create customized co-marketing programs for strategic, high-tier partners
  • Deliver effective communication to keep partners prepared and informed of product releases, updates, trainings, promotions, and campaign opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Partner Portal team to curate the partner experience, driving portal adoption and engagement amongst partners

Program Administration & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze partner engagement metrics, campaign performance, and revenue impact to inform future strategy
  • Act as the administrator of the partner marketing rebate program, rewarding and reinforcing desired behavior from channel partners
  • Partner with marketing operations and sales teams on lead identification, attribution, routing, and partner-driven pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, digital, regional marketing) to execute campaigns on time and maintain updated partner resource libraries

QUALIFICATIONS: ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing
  • Experience in software, SaaS, or technology environments (BI or analytics technology experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that drive mutual growth
  • Experience contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns, with an understanding of demand generation principles and funnel metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
  • Experience marketing business intelligence, embedded analytics, data connectivity, or related enterprise data solutions
  • Experience managing partner marketing rebate or MDF programs
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex data and analytics products
  • Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management
