- Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a customer service role
- Familiarity with Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi is an advantage.
- Answering phone calls
- Creating and managing bookings
- Being responsible for managing anything and everything.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills – Essential (mail merge, Outlook, Excel including creating formulas, formatting)
