Join the managing agent for a landmark, super-prime residential development located in a prestigious Central London district, as Day Concierge. Core focus of the Day Concierge – Luxury Residential

As the Day Concierge, you will be the face of the residence, responsible for delivering a personalised, discreet, and highly professional service to every resident and guest. Your shift will focus on ensuring the seamless and secure operation of the entrance and reception area during daytime hours.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Front-of-House Management: Managing the main reception desk, ensuring it is always immaculately presented, and acting as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors.
  • Five-Star Service: Delivering an unparalleled level of personalised service, including greeting residents by name, handling bespoke requests (e.g., booking chauffeur services, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets), and managing all deliveries and parcels securely.
  • Security & Access Control: Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, controlling access to the development, and ensuring adherence to all security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing the key log, updating resident databases, drafting professional correspondence, and maintaining accurate records of all daily activities and incidents.
  • Liaison & Communication: Acting as the central communication hub, effectively liaising with the General Manager, property management, maintenance staff, and contractors to promptly resolve resident queries and maintenance issues.
  • Estate Presentation: Proactively monitoring common areas and ensuring any cleanliness or maintenance issues are immediately reported and tracked until resolution.

Skills you need

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a high-end service role who exhibits polish, discretion, and reliability:

  • Presentation & Demeanour: An immaculate personal presentation, professional demeanour, and the utmost commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with high-net-worth individuals and VIPs.
