FULL DESCRIPTION

Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (Ofsted)

£50,000 to £75,000 per year
Preston
Full-time, permanent
UK right-to-work required – no sponsorship available

What you’ll be responsible for

Full Registered Manager responsibilities under Ofsted regulations
Leading the home, its culture, values, performance and standards
Safeguarding leadership, quality assurance and continuous improvement
Staff recruitment, supervision, development and performance
Ensuring positive, stable and lasting outcomes for children and young people
Participating in the on-call rota as part of senior leadership

What you’ll need

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Or working towards)
Minimum two years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home
Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Strong experience supporting children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD and complex needs
Full UK driving licence
