Following the successful launch of our freelance division in August 2023, we are now entering a new acceleration phase, driven by the strong recovery of the market. We are therefore seeking experienced professionals to strengthen this division, which is central to our growth strategy.
Job Description
We are hiring experienced 360° Freelance Recruitment Consultants (French-speaking) to join our London-based team.
You will be working on the French and Luxembourg markets, with a strong focus on freelance recruitment within banking, insurance, and asset management environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full freelance recruitment cycle: mission identification, candidate sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation, and placement finalization
- Oversee the administrative and contractual follow-up of assignments (invoicing, renewals, compliance)
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of active clients in the financial services sector
- Advise clients on their agile staffing strategies (projects, transformation, mission-based work)
- Support and guide freelance consultants throughout their assignments

Profile Sought
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in freelance/contract recruitment, temp staffing, or as a business introducer
- Solid understanding of contractual specifics (day rate negotiation, timesheet management, invoicing, renewals, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients
- Excellent listening skills, administrative rigor, and commercial acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent French is essential; good level of English required

Recruitment Process
- Initial phone interview (30 min) followed by a video interview with our Talent Acquisition team (1h)
- Interview with the Director, in person in London or via video conference (2h)
- Final interview with a Manager and a Senior Consultant (1h)
