Our top performers join the circle of “Partners,” benefit from stock options, and play a direct role in the firm’s strategic decisions.  Role Description  We are hiring an Associate Principal / Principal to join our permanent recruitment division in Banking or Insurance.  As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in developing our portfolio while leading complex recruitment assignments for clients within the financial services and insurance industries.    Your Responsibilities - Develop and grow a portfolio of strategic clients - Manage the full permanent recruitment cycle: needs analysis, headhunting, org chart mapping, selection, closing, post-placement follow-up - Advise decision-makers (HR, C-level, Hiring Managers) on their staffing and organisational challenges - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates - Deliver high-quality work aligned with our standards of excellence - Contribute to the development and structuring of the quantitative finance or actuarial desk - Support, coach, and mentor junior consultants internally This role offers strong exposure, the opportunity to work closely with major players in our markets, a high level of autonomy, and meaningful opportunities for progression.  Profile Required  - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in permanent recruitment within financial services - Strong command of sourcing and direct approach on qualified or expert roles - Ability to manage several recruitment mandates simultaneously with rigour - Excellent commercial skills and partnership-oriented mindset - Strong credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders (HR, C-suite, leadership) - Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and results-driven approach - Fluency in French is essential; good command of English required; Dutch is a plus What We Offer  - Full onboarding and continuous training - Clear career progression with the possibility to become a “Partner” - A culture combining performance, trust, and high standards - Health insurance - 4 days per week in the office - Up to 4 weeks of remote work from abroad (EU) - Commissions, incentives, Michelin-star lunches, international seminars, stock-options - Travel allowance for expatriates Our Values  - The Power of Teamwork - High Standards - Resilience - Top Achievers - Intrapreneurship - Work Ethic   Recruitment Process  1.
