Job Description
We are recruiting an Associate Principal / Principal specialized in freelance recruitment to join our External Contracting team. You will work on the France & other European markets, focusing on banking, insurance, and asset management.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the full freelance cycle: mission identification, sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation, closing
- Handle administrative and operational follow-up of missions (compliance, invoicing, steering committees, extensions)
- Develop a portfolio of strategic clients and maintain close follow-up
- Support independent consultants throughout their missions
- Contribute to the strategic development of the External Contracting desk
- Drive skill development of more junior profiles internally
You will be a central link in a rapidly growing desk, with real latitude to structure your activity and accelerate your progression. Profile Sought
- Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in freelance recruitment / contracting / interim management / business development in IT services
- Good knowledge of contractual elements (negotiation of daily rates, amendments, renewals)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and independent consultants
- Excellent listening skills, administrative rigor, and commercial ease
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Fluent French required, good English level mandatory

Recruitment Process
1. Phone interview (30 min) + video interview (1h)
2. Interview with the Director (in person in London or via video – 2h)
3. Final interview with a Manager and a Senior Consultant (1h)
