Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

You will support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia and physical disabilities to live independently and safely in their homes or supported living settings.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Key Responsibilities• Provide person-centred care and support • Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting where required) • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household activities • Encourage independence and community participation • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns • Maintain accurate care records

Requirements • Caring, patient, and reliable nature • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work flexible shifts • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided • Right to work in the UK • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
