We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carers to support a very complex paediatric clients as part of care package within the family home. This role is focused on night shifts, providing high-level clinical and personal care to ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carers to support a very complex paediatric clients as part of care package within the family home. This role is focused on night shifts, providing high-level clinical and personal care to ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

You will work alongside another trained carer, delivering consistent and responsive care in a supportive home environment. This is a highly rewarding role suited to someone who is calm, attentive, and clinically confident in managing complex airway and medical needs overnight.

Required Competencies & Experience

Applicants must be trained and confident in the following:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Tracheal and oral suctioning
  • Oxygen therapy (night care)
  • Seizure management
  • Gastro-jejunal (GJ) feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Stoma care
  • Manual handling
