Salary: £40k-£50k

The Role You’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership, working closely with our Registered Manager and supported by an experienced in-house Clinical Team. This is a key role where your expertise will directly influence patient safety, staff development, and quality of care.
Travel across locations and occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
What We’re Looking For ✔️ NMC Registered Nurse ✔️ Minimum 3 years’ paediatric nursing experience ✔️ Strong background in paediatric complex care ✔️ Proven leadership and communication skills ✔️ Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, risk management & patient safety ✔️ Confident in clinical assessments, care planning & medication management ✔️ Full UK driving licence & own vehicle essential
