We are looking for a Managing Associate to join the 2 Founders to form part of our senior management team to support us in our next phase of growth. We would also consider someone with director-level experience, for an even more senior position. We are looking for someone with a strategic brain as well as a proven recruiter, someone who is excited and motivated by helping us to drive growth, improve our market share and increase our profitability. Above all, we want someone who wants to be running a business rather than just working in it.
Who we are looking for:
- You will have experience in a management role or as a director within the recruitment industry
- You will have a proven track record as a recruiter within the accountancy & finance market
- You will be capable of managing and motivating others
