RTR Process Specialist | 12 Month FTC | Manchester | Media | £42,000 – £54,000 | JRSO34466
Our client is a leading UK organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation and is seeking an experienced Record-to-Report (RTR) Process Specialist to join their Continuous Improvement team.
This 12 month FTC role will focus on supporting key system implementations, process improvements, and operational change within a complex finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and optimisation of the account reconciliation system.
- Improve and streamline intercompany reconciliation processes.
- Implement cross-validation rules to strengthen data integrity.
- Drive journal automation to accelerate month-end close.
- Maintain clear process documentation and lead Finance/IT workshops to support change.
Requirements
- Experience working within a shared service centre or a large complex business.
- Proven expertise in Record-to-Report processes, including month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement, process mapping, and finance system automation.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion
