Job Description

As an Account Manager at [Employer hidden], you will be a vital engine within our Client Management team, specifically focused on the OURA account. Your role is a blend of high-level support and independent execution: you will work closely with the Senior Account Manager (SAM) and Account Director (AD) on global strategies, while also taking full ownership of your own smaller campaigns from start to finish.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • Strategic Support: Partner with the AD and SAM to ensure the smooth daily running of the Oura account, acting as a reliable right-hand in the delivery of international marketing and creative adaptation.
  • Campaign Ownership: Take the lead on smaller, localized projects—managing them from initial brief through to final delivery across Digital, Social, Print, and OOH.
  • Production Orchestration: Oversee the high-volume production of assets in multiple languages. You’ll ensure all internal and external team members are aligned, informed, and hitting their marks.
  • The "Go-To" Contact: Build proactive, positive relationships with the client and internal teams. You’ll be a central point of contact, ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Relationship & Growth: Support the team in identifying opportunities to cross-sell [Employer hidden] services. You’ll focus on building rapport across all levels of the client's business to help maximize the account's potential.
  • Quality & Briefing: Help manage the end-to-end briefing process and internal quality control, ensuring every asset is brand-perfect before it reaches the client.
