FULL DESCRIPTION
One of London’s most creative Studios is now recruiting a friendly and energetic Reception Manager to join their team and ensure their reception and office is managed in an efficient, responsive and professional manner. You must have a cheerful disposition, a can-do attitude and be able to work well within a team!
Key areas of responsibility for this role will include:
- Ensuring the successful delivery of an unrivalled, first-class Front of House service, for all Clients and people attending the Studio.
- Management of the Front of House Reception team and Runners, including their rotas, ensuring adequate cover is always available. Arranging temporary cover as required.
- Actively participating in recruitment for your team.
- Conducting probation & annual reviews for your team, aligning their career development with opportunities across the Studio if possible.
- Holiday management and approval for your team.
- Working with Management and various external building services contractors (including Security), you ensure the Studio is always clean, safe and maintained to the highest possible standards.
- Developing, refining and communicating processes relating to Front of House where necessary.
- Management of stock and supplies for the whole studio (and any events), requesting payment approval when necessary.
- Creating welcome packs for all new employees, replenishing stock when needed.
- Welcoming new hires to the team on their first day, providing tours and supporting the process as needed.
- Studio Administrative Support, including but not limited to:
- arranging travel, booking off-site meetings, sending weekly/daily studio schedules and updates, meeting room booking and preparation, booking taxis and couriers.
- Management of Petty Cash.
- Purchasing studio equipment and technology as required.
- Invoice approval, for your team and supplies.
- Job Book management
- Executive Support for Management team, as necessary.
- Assisting with planning and coordinating social and client events.
- Keeping track of events / holidays / days to celebrate in the studio and arranging necessary treats / decorations / supplies.
