Key objectives will include:

Bring QCM's vision to life: You'll understand our values, translate them into actionable plans, and motivate your team to embrace them with passion and commitment.
Lead with empathy and expertise: Your strong clinical background and nurturing leadership style will inspire confidence and build trust with service users, families, affiliate organizations/companies and colleagues.
Nurture staff loyalty as a culture: You'll create a supportive environment where staff feel valued, heard, and empowered to excel.
Drive operational excellence: You'll implement best practices, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance, exceeding CQC standards consistently.
Champion continuous improvement: You'll foster a culture of learning and development, encouraging innovative ideas and celebrating successes.
If you're a Registered Manager with:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a care setting
A proven track record of staff development and team leadership
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A passion for high-quality, person-centered care
A can-do attitude and a heart for staff well-being
