This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some post-uni experience under their belt who is now looking for a step that offers greater impact, faster growth, and long-term opportunity. You'll join our Talent function, supporting the delivery of live projects, conducting research, building relationships, and supporting new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of client projects – from leadership hiring to interim solutions and talent strategy.
  • Conducting market research to understand client context, competitive landscape, and hiring trends.
  • Building relationships with senior professionals to understand their experience, motivations, and commercial value.
  • Contributing to client materials, insights, and project reporting.
  • Sharing insight across the team to inform commercial decisions and improve delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with 12–24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, internship, commercial role, or similar).
  • Demonstrated drive – academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or other achievements that show ambition and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Consistency, resilience, and attention to detail
