Banqueting Manager

We are seeking a Banqueting Manager to join our team at Brig o' Doon House Hotel. In this hands-on role, you will lead the conference and banqueting team to ensure the successful delivery of weddings, conferences, and private dining events, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the conference and banqueting team to deliver flawless events.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure exceptional service and performance.
• Collaborate with managers to meet all guest requirements and resolve challenges proactively.
• Oversee weddings, conferences, and private dining events with attention to detail and high standards.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative working environment.
• Monitor operational aspects of banqueting to ensure smooth running and consistent guest satisfaction.
