FULL DESCRIPTION
We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator where you will be part of the administrative team working on our Reception whilst offering administrative support to other areas of the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the relevant department
- Receipt of any post or parcels and distributing them accordingly
- Administrative duties supporting our accounts department where required
- Inputting information onto our internal database
- Filing
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Ad hoc admin support to other departments where required
