This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and productive clinical hub within one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery providers. You must be confident, self-motivated and have the ability to work individually alongside a very determined team.

Main purpose of role:

The Patient Coordinator (PC)’s main responsibility is to deliver the highest level of service and productivity at all times. The PC will manage patients through their journey with [Employer hidden] face to face or virtually via eConsult. The whole process must be to the highest quality of service to patients and in accordance with [Employer hidden] policies and procedures as well as all relevant legislation.

KPIs:

  • The PC is targeted specific to patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • The aim of the PC is to ensure that [Employer hidden] is the patient’s preferred choice for their cosmetic surgery procedure.
  • The PC must ensure that every new opportunity is maximised within an optimum time frame.
  • The PC must ensure that the Surgeon’s consultation and theatre time effectively utilised.
  • The PC must ensure that they deliver and maintain the highest quality of service, care and patient experience in accordance with [Employer hidden]’s policies, procedures, brand standards and patient feedback.
