PR & Social Media Director

You are a culturally curious, hands-on communicator who knows how to turn ideas, work, and moments into stories that travel. The Role

You help build [Employer hidden]’s reputation day to day: writing, pitching, publishing, coordinating, creating, capturing, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities

  • You own [Employer hidden]’s global communications remit across corporate comms, press, social media, public speaking, and creative activations, running the press office day to day. You shape narratives, craft long and short form content, and lead proactive media outreach.
  • You translate strategy into clear plans, editorial calendars, and execution, working hands on with the Marketing and BD Director and senior stakeholders to deliver consistently and at pace.
  • You act as a guardian of [Employer hidden]’s reputation and awareness, shaping how the studio shows up across markets, audiences, and growth industries.
  • You build and own [Employer hidden]’s editorial and content calendar across press, social, and public speaking, ensuring consistency, relevance, and momentum.
  • You write and manage press releases and long-form content, identify sharp news hooks, and actively spot newsjacking moments by tracking cultural and industry conversations. You proactively place [Employer hidden] into the right opportunities and build strong journalist relationships to keep the brand visible across design, business, culture, and creativity press.
  • You refine and run [Employer hidden]’s social media strategy, expressing our expertise, point of view, and culture to senior clients, partners, talent, and industry leaders.
  • You develop and secure high quality speaking opportunities for [Employer hidden]’s leaders and strategists across business, design, and culture, spanning conferences, panels, podcasts, webinars, and events.
  • You partner with the C suite, Studio Management, and Senior Strategists to shape narratives, ghostwrite, and produce sharp thought leadership that connects creativity to business impact.
  • You define, track, and report on communications KPIs, regularly auditing performance, improving processes, and raising the bar on quality and efficiency.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial, hands on mindset. You are organised, output driven, culturally curious, comfortable managing senior stakeholders, and present in the London studio as a visible part of [Employer hidden]’s culture.

  • We will ensure you have meaningful and regular access to your manager to support your personal development and career trajectory.
  • We will actively reward performance with promotions, pay increases and a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of salary to all employees.
